CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF IMPACT (2016–2026)

About VMG

VMG partners with organizations to strengthen systems, implement complex programs, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Who We Are

VMG partners with healthcare organizations, government agencies, life sciences companies, and nonprofits to design and implement programs that improve outcomes and strengthen communities.

We operate as a collaborative partner, working alongside organizations and sharing responsibility for results rather than delivering isolated services.

Our focus is on translating ambitious strategy into operational reality by building the systemic infrastructure required for sustainable impact.

Our Name

The name Veritas – Latin for “truth” – reflects our commitment to integrity, transparency, and accountability.

For VMG, truth is demonstrated through evidence, measured outcomes, and the ability to assess what is working and adjust when it is not.

Mission

To strengthen the systems and institutions that improve outcomes, advance community well-being, and support sustained organizational performance.

Vision

A future where organizations have the tools, evidence, and capacity to deliver programs that achieve measurable and lasting impact.

Our Approach in Practice
We bridge the gap between strategic planning and implementation. Our methodology is grounded in operational realism and systems thinking.
Research, Evaluation & Learning

VMG helps organizations ask meaningful questions, generate credible evidence, and translate findings into decisions that strengthen programs over time.

Our work supports evaluation design, data collection, analysis, reporting, learning agendas, performance improvement, and evidence-informed decision-making.

Data-Driven
Decisions must be grounded in evidence. We build data systems that provide real-time insight into performance, allowing organizations to measure outcomes accurately and objectively.
System-Aware
Programs do not operate in a vacuum. We align strategy with existing operational systems and infrastructure to ensure effective implementation without disrupting core functions.
Adaptive

Environments change, and programs must evolve. We institute continuous learning processes that allow initiatives to adapt over time, ensuring long-term sustainability and ongoing improvement.
